
South Point Student Ministry is for all 6th-12th grade students seeking to connect with others their age as they grow in their walk with Jesus!
Our goal is to glorify God by building a mission-minded, Gospel-centered community where students are rooted in faith, equipped for life, and sent out on mission.





Sundays & Wednesdays
When: Sundays from 8:45 - 9:45 AM.

What can I expect?
During the hour, students will take part in studying God’s word, hear engaging teaching and discussion, and will be challenged to center their lives on Christ.

When: Sundays from 6:00 - 7:15 PM.
Where: The Student Center
What can I expect?
During these nights, Students lead their peers in worship and fun games. Our student pastor provides a short and practical devotion followed by grade and gender specific small groups. These evenings are focused on cultivating Christ-centered community.

When: Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:15 PM, Free dinner is provided.
Where: The Cafe

These nights include free dinner, a short devotion, and fun games.

What can I expect?
These nights include free dinner followed by intentional small group studies that are gender specific.

Where: Parkwood Baptist Church (Main Sessions) & host homes.

When: March 12 - 14, 2026
Where: Western North Carolina
What can I expect?
This is a 2 day mission trip to Western North Carolina that is open to all high school students. The weekend will consist of service projects and Bible studies.
When: June 22-27
Where: Lynch, Kentucky (Meridzo Ministries)
What can I expect?
This is a week long mission trip where we will serve with Meridzo Ministries to bless the people of Lynch, Kentucky and surrounding towns. The week will consist of mission projects, Bible studies, interviews with missionaries, and a fun day to explore Lynch and the surrounding areas as a group.
When: July 6-10
Where: Ridge Haven (Camp ABIDE)
What can I expect?
This is a week long retreat for middle and high school students. The week will consist of main sessions, small groups, and games. This is a great opportunity for students to experience the richness of a vibrant relationship with God through a change of pace and place.
In addition to our excellent staff, we have numerous volunteers and leaders who are committed to discipling middle and high school students.
